Guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date can make changes or cancel their bookings at no charge up to 5 days before their scheduled arrival, provided it is done before 11:59 pm local hotel time.

Please note that this policy may not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organizer for more information.

Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.

Professional photographers are not permitted for still, video or drone photography sessions on the resort's private property. Families are welcome to capture their own memorable moments with personal "snap and shoot" cameras, iPhones and non-professional cameras. Meeting planners or local/social catering customers are permitted to have professional photographers to capture images for their events in their contracted event space only; other public spaces of the hotel are excluded. Wedding photography is permitted for guests who are having their ceremony and/or reception at the resort.

An exclusive amenity for resort guests, Arapahoe Springs offers indoor and outdoor pools, waterslides, lazy river (heated and open seasonally), entertaining water features, and sunbathing decks in Aurora, Colorado. A lap pool and outdoor whirlpools complete the complex and provide plenty of water fun for the whole family to enjoy. The outdoor pool is heated and open year-round.

Guests who have booked an overnight guestroom will have unlimited access to Arapahoe Springs Pool & Lazy River. The maximum occupancy for online room bookings is four guests, so each room is provided with four pool wristbands.

Pool facilities are for registered guests only. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by an adult responsible for their safety and behavior. No running on the pool deck. 

Guests must be 48" tall to ride the indoor slides. There is not height requirement for the outdoor slide.

Lifeguards on duty at all times. Swim at your own risk. Diving is prohibited.

In the event of inclement weather, guests may be asked to vacate the pool deck for their own safety. Please obey all instructions and directions from Recreation STARS (Gaylord employees).
